Preliminary Site Plan

The proposed development includes the addition of two 1.2 acre out parcel locations along North Shore Square Boulevard, as well as the development of a big box retail component on the south side of the property to accompany the current 70 plus retailers on site and the expansive selection of neighboring retailers.
